MeLee NgMak

MeLee NgMak originates from New York City. She graduated from Pace University with a B.A. in Marketing. Afterwards moved to Atlantic City, New Jersey where she held several positions in Casino Marketing and during her employment, she was able to broaden her player development skills. At this time, she is excited to be back in her home state and to be working at Empire City Casino!

Timothy Duffy

As Executive Casino Host, Timothy Duffy is responsible for creating dynamic customer service experiences for Empire Club members. For more than twenty-five years Tim has been a hospitality and customer relations management professional and has worked in some of New York City’s most prestigious steakhouses, including Smith & Wollensky, Bobby Van’s, and Gallaghers. Tim focuses on ensuring guests enjoy an exemplary gaming and entertainment experience at Empire City Casino.

David DeCintio

David DeCintio was born and raised in Yonkers, NY. He received his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Pace University. DeCintio then worked as a residential concierge in Manhattan for almost 15 years. He enjoys golf and martial arts in his downtime, is very happy to be back in Yonkers and working as a Casino Host at Empire City.

Michael Caputo

Michael Caputo, born and raised in Boston, MA, worked as a police officer & deputy for 15-years before becoming a Casino Host in 2003. He has worked for several casinos across the country, including the Ocean Jewel casino-boat and the Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa, FL before joining Empire City Casino in 2018. Caputo enjoys being a Casino Host and interacting with guests, providing them with a quality experience each and every time they visit. When he's not working, Caputo enjoys cheering on any of Boston's sports teams.
